How to speak English fluently?

After I met a native, I felt there's something that hinders me from talking much. I can't give expressions with satisfaction (Are you talking about facial expressions?). Of course, not only am I talking about self-introduction, but also about other topics. As usual, men or women came from their lives asking us to explain our work or about our life circumstances. So, if a native comes to my home someday, where I live, I can't even tell him/her about it. (I'm not entirely sure what you were trying to say here. I'm also not entirely familiar with the usage of "moreover," so I'm not going to risk giving you the wrong information and edited to something a little different.)
Therefore, I want to be able to speak English fluently. Really? Yes, for me to be able to talk english fluent ismatter of pride. (Is that what you were trying to get at?) Of course everyone want to, and at the same time, many people can't do it. For this reason, I really want to learn to speak English fluently. Unfortunately, sometimes my mood can make me too lethargic (I never heard "inert" being used before, but from reading the dictionary and relating it to "interia," it seems to be talking more of a physical movement kind of sense.) to try practise English and learn. How should I overcome my laziness?
