Ruri, I have no doubt that this letter is of the standard required for FCE.

 

Content -All the content is relevant to the task and the target reader is fully informed so this would get a high mark - Probably a 5

Communicative Achievement - Again I believe this section would get a high mark

Organisation - Correctly laid out and good use of connecting devices - 5

Language - A few minor mistakes but they do not interfere too much with meaning -Probably 4+

 

Overall I think this is a very good answer at First level, well done!
