It is too rare, when I meet such books. It is not often that I come across such a book. I still have 10 pages to go I have last 10 pages, and I don't want to read them, I don't want to finish such a beautiful story. There is so much sense and senses are in the words.

It is rare/so unusual to come across such books.

There are 10 pages left/remaining, and I don't want to read them, I don't want to finish such a beautiful story.  There is so much sensitivity [and sensuality ?] in the words.
