To keep up, to stay informed, to keep in touch This short dialog is an excercise for fixing in memory some useful expressions, words and phrasal verbs. -Hi Jack, are you staying informed about last news from the Olympic Games? -No, I haven't had a chance to turn the TV on, it was pretty rough week. But it would be nice if you could keep me up on news from there. Not a problem, dude, just keep in touch!

-No, I haven't had a chance to turn the TV on, it was (a) pretty rough week. But it would be nice if you could keep me up on (the) news from there.
Not a problem, dude, just keep in touch!
