My ideal house. Could anyone correct this for me? Thanks For my dream flat,I would like a modern flat or loft that it is located in a city with not quite big but neither small, the size is medium. I would like to have a spectacular view to the beach , and to be spacious and very light. I wouldn' t love to have curtains, I hate cleaning up! With a big balcony where the sun can heat up the whole loft, to spend the free time with my friend and also celebrate some events, I want you to have a large room, with a big bathroom, and also of course a large living room, decorated with a large libraryor bookshell?? a water source in the middle ,and a artificial fireplace ( this item I make sure ,it will very cosy in the winter, with wooden floors and if possible the flat have very high ceilings. if I have luck in the lottery I'll buy one with these features in Lisbon.

(1)My dream flat is one that is modern and located in a city.  My flat wouldn't be real big, but it wouldn't be too small either.  It would be a size that I feel suites me best.

(2)My flat would have a big balcony that would allow the sun's warmth to fill the flat.  The balcony would also be a place where I can spend time with friends, or celebrate special occasions.

(3) ... and an artificial fireplace that would allow for a cozy flat during the winter.  The flat would have a high ceiling and wooden floors.

Hello Tonia,

This sounds like a wonderful place, I hope your dream comes true one day.

There are a few mistake but I understand everything.

1. If you use 'that', you don't need 'it' as they are referring to the same thing.

2. 'With' and 'Which' are two words which are often confused although they should sound different. 'With' is 'con' in Spanish and 'which' is similar to 'that' in that it refers back to a thing.

3. You have 'a view of' something

4. In English the space is after the comma(,), I though this was the same in Spanish.

I hope this helps.
