I'll add to the previous commentators. "Я учусь на маркетинге". This is definitely wrong, but is actually a very common short form of the expression. This means "I am studying at the Department of marketing". According to the rules of Russian language, "Я учусь на маркетинге" is not correct. But people really speak so.

Small addition:
"Я учусь на маркетинге" is not correct for literary english but it's correct for conversational language. In that case "маркетинге" is conversational name of department/faculty.

"Я изучаю маркетинг" is correct.
The second one "Я учусь на маркетолога".
