friendship pt1 It was a fine Sunday morning. She was scrolling down through her social media page while reading the posts posted on her timeline. A smile curved on her face as she saw photos of her friends. However, the smile slowly faded when she saw a selfie of a woman in a red blouse together with a young girl in white. Looking at the face of the woman, she was assured that that woman was enjoying her life and having a great time. Seeing the woman in the photo, she began to reminisce a few happy moments in her past. Chloe Wilson had just transferred to a high school in Dublin. Being a shy girl she was, she did not have any friend on her first day at school. The next day, while she was having her lunch alone at the canteen, a tall girl with a long, blond hair sat in front of her and talked to her. She did not have to ask for her name as she can see ‘Olivia Price’ was written clearly on her books. Coincidently, Olivia Price lived in the same neighborhood as she was and her house was just a few inches from hers. Since then, both of them became best friend and always did a lot of things together. She remembered one of the best moments was when Olivia made a surprise party for her eighteenth birthday and had invited her favorite band to perform on that day. They really enjoyed spending time together and had a lot of fun. Later, they even managed to enter the same university and studied for the same course. ‘Ting!’ A new message had just entered her mail box. She quickly opened the mail box wondering who might have sent the message. Maybe just another message from her parents asking when she would come home for the nth time, she thought. However, her prediction was proven wrong when she saw the message was from an unfamiliar account. As she read through the long message, she was taken aback to know that message was from Olivia Price, her dear old friend. Olivia wrote about how happy she was when she found Chloe’s account and had sent her a friend request. She told her about her personal life and would really love to meet Chloe someday. After finished reading the whole message, she just stayed silent and stared right through the computer screen. I made this story myself so, please someone correct it :)
