Fin de semana It has come the weekend, finally! I am so excited.. Tomorrow we will go fishing with friends.. and I prepared my tent, fishing rod, flashlights, coats, food .. I hope its a good day!

The Weekend:

 

You did a great job, so I'm going to give you some suggestions to make it even better:
 
The weekend has finally come: We normally don't use a false subject for this expression - - we just start the phrase with the real subject.
 
 
We are going fishing: for fixed plans, we usually use "going to" for the future.
 
 
I have prepared....: since there's a connection to the present, and even the future, we would normally prefer to use the present perfect.
