Housing I lived in a house and now I'm living in a flat. I have to admit that I prefer to live in a flat because it is smaller and easier to clean. Also, it is more comfortable and it hasn't stairs. Besides, supermarkets and shops are near. On the other hand, the houses are bigger and are further from the shops. But there is something that I love about the houses, the individual gardens. On my flat, I miss a terrace to sunbathe. I live in a flat. I live in an old flat, near the San Jorge beach. I love this area because around there are many shops, supermarkets and a lot of restaurants. There are also many gardens to walk, and most important of all, it is near of the beach and in summer it is fantastic. I'm still not sure how I want to be my dream house. But I know somethings, I want to live in a big flat with a lot of windows, of this way, I will have good views. And the building will have elevator and will not have stairs. Living in a rental house has many advantages and disadvantages. It is good because you aren't responsible if you break the furniture or the fridge and in anytime you can change of house. But it is bad because in my view is more expensive to live in a rent home because the money is lost. For live in a short time is better rent house, but for live always is better an own home. Buy a house is very expensive and you have to save a lot of money for that. In my country I think housing isn't affordable for everyone. Many people don't have jobs and cannot afford to buy a house. The houses should be cheaper for everyone.
