(correction please, and what do you think?) A positive attitude is the best way to stay healthy I don’t think so. In my personal opinion, the attitude can help you but it isn’t the most important thing to stay healthy. To stay healthy you must care your nutrition and your life in general. You must do sports, eat a lot of variety of food, meet people, to be a good person and things like that. And, of course, you must be lucky with your body. In most cases getting a illness is unavoidable and we can’t do anything to prevent it. I believe that the attitude can help us to be more hopeful and try to see the life better. We also can help another people to have a better view about life but this is independent of health. what do you think about it?

I don’t think so. In my personal opinion, the attitude can help you but it isn’t the most important thing to stay healthy. To stay healthy, you must take care of your nutrition and your life in general. You must do sports, eat a lot of variety of food (or simply variety of food), meet people (comma not needed) to be a good person and things like that. And, of course, you must be lucky with your body. In most cases getting a an illness is unavoidable and we can’t do anything to prevent it. I believe that the attitude can help us to be more hopeful and try to see the life better. We also can help another other people to have a better view about life but this is independent of health.

Well written. In my opinion, health is not only physical, but also mental & psychological. So, the state of overall health has several factors which have direct or indirect impact. It's really hard to ascertain which factor is the most important factor or not. However, I agree with you that attitude is not the most important factor. As 3-4 factors, it certainly is an important factor. People with bad attitude are rarely happy with life, the food they eat is wasted in cribbing, getting angry unnecessarily & thinking about things which shouldn't really matter
