Well, I don’t agree at all with this. I think everyone should be free to do what they want. Every one is responsible for their own actions. Obviously, we must be careful what we do and we must know about what are we doing, for example if it is an extreme sport we must practice it and learn about it. On the other hand, there are activities that people shouldn’t be allowed to do. For example, I’ve seen many times on TV, young people that jump from a balcony into a swimming pool. This is very dangerous because there have been cases of boys who have died or sprained their ankles, legs or wrists.

Just a few mistakes. Remember that after modal verbs we always only use a 1st form/infinitive. In the last part you have 'have' as an auxiliary first so their is no need to repeat it (highlighted section)

We see things on the TV, hear things on the radio and read things on the internet.
