Request letter Dear Mr/Ms landlord, I am your new tenant who have scheduled to move in your apartment on next month.However,I am writing this letter to inform your that the appointment day have to delayed. The primary reason is that the contract I had signed for the previous accommodation have not end till 21st of July.If I stop the contract in advance and,without getting the present householder agreement,I will be facing enormous fines for compensate the contract.Besides,before I determinate to sign the new contract for renting your house,I had made this situation clearly that I might not be able to moving in on the exact day because of this and I thought you agreed. In the end,I would like to let you know I am feeling so sorry that bringing this inconvenience for you.I hope you would understand I also being dilemma. If under your willing,I will sent you another email to reschedule the moving date.I look forward to getting your permission. yours sincerely

The primary reason is that the contract I had signed for the previous accommodation does not end until the 21st of July. If I stop the contract in advance and,without fulfilling the present householder agreement, I will be facing enormous fines for compensate the contract. Besides,before I determinate to signed the new contract for renting your house, I thought I had made it clear that I might not be able to move in on the exact day because of this and I thought you agreed.

I apologise for inconveniencing you, but I hope you would understand my dilemma.
