What motivates you to work harder?---------- ：D What motivates you to work harder and why? Sometimes we have quite a low efficiency with our work, especially when we feel demotivated. Factors are impossible to be listed because everything can be the cause of demotivation. However, there are three key factors, which I think are the most significant ones, that have huge effect on stimulating you to work. Firstly, a bigger salary. To be frank, money always plays an important role in our daily life and most of us work just for money to support our family. To gain a higher salary, we sometimes choose to quit the former job and go to another one just because the latter provides us a higher salary. It’s not funny but serious to be considered. Secondly, a proper environment. A hard-working boss sometimes is fairly demanding because he wants you to catch up with his speed of pace. If you always think he is finding fault with you, you will never feel the power, which is transformed by pressure, that drives you to move forward further and further. Of course, a group of positive and aspirant colleagues will also push you to be better. Situating in such an environment, you’re easy to be affected by their passion in work. Finally, interests. We all have such experience that when we were in schools, we usually got an A-grade in subject we like, by contrast, always got a bad mark in the subject, for example, math, that we hate. The more we get interested in, the better results we tend to have. So it is in our work. Only if you love what you are doing, you will have a constant source of energy to devote yourselves into working. THANK U
