Obviously, it isn’t right that people have bad behavior in the street if they have drunk, or do graffities, but in my view, crimes that involve physical injuries should receive worse punishment. I think that a murder, a rape, a hijacking or a stalking are worse than for example a graffiti. But, evidently, all criminals should be punished despite of the crime. I also believe that the punishment depends on the number of crimes committed by someone. If a person has several complaints because of drinking and cause trouble several times, his punishment should be more severe.

Obviously, it isn’t right that people who behave badly have bad behavior in the street, if they are have drunk, or if they deface buildings with graffi do graffities, but in my view, crimes that involve physical injuries should receive worse punishment. I think that a murder, a rape, a hijacking or a stalking are worse than for example a graffiti. But, evidently, all criminals should be punished irrespective despite of the crime. I also believe that the punishment depends on the number of crimes committed by someone.
