(correction please) The more sleep you get, the longer you are likely to live. I partly agree with this statement. It’s true that getting enough sleep is essential for helping us stick to a diet, making us workouts more productive, or boosting us immune system in general. The deep sleep state is also the time during which our body repairs itself. I think it’s necessary to seep well and it is a factor that helps us to be better. But in the life of every person is influenced by many factors such as diet or exercise.
