I RESIGNED Last week, I resigned from my job as an Assistant English Teacher for preschool in an International School somewhere in Tokyo. I gave them my resignation letter and tell them that I don't want to continue working in their company because of several reasons. They were trying to convinced me to stay and that they will fix all the complains and problems that I mentioned them which are the reasons why I wanted to quit, but honestly I am not happy anymore working with them. I am not receiving the right compensation that I deserve for my hard work, and they are not providing the benefits that an employee should have. Who do you think would want to stay in that kind of system? Although I gained lots of things from them, I made friends with my co-workers, I build up more confidence, I enhanced my Japanese speaking ability, and I discovered some of my qualities that I didn't know I have, so I could still say that I won't regret working in that company after all. As of now, I am looking for a new job and new company to work with. I hope to find a better one very soon.
