kulang ng isa = lacking/missing one

kulang ng isang libro = missing/lacking one/a book

Iskedyul ako ibang oras para sa klase. – This is not right, but the correction would depend on what you really wanted to say.  Possible corrections:

Magpapa-iskedyul ako ng ibang oras para sa klase. = I will ask for another class schedule.

Iiskedul ako ng ibang oras para sa klase. = To schedule me for another time for the class.

The rest are OK.
