It is no real direction( ? it sounds like diarection), we're mission-driven company, we exist and wake up in the morning. The thing that gets us sucided(? maybe wrong pronunciation of succeed?) is making the world more connected in things we're doing to build that. 4: 37 (??I don't understand why he is saying "making" in "making the world more connected" rather than 'getting' or 'having' I don't think it's correct.) 4: 38 But you know you can't just focus on that. Since the beginning of building Facebook, one of the core things that I've learned is that is in order to do this we have to build a great team, and in order to build a great team, the best people want to work on a mission that they're believing but also they want to make a much(?sounds like munch) of money; in order to do that we want to build a great business, we want to build a platform; in order to build a platform we need to build towards that are going to making it so that developers can build things they want and make a bunch of money and in order to do that we need to do the business model that works for them an centrifies(?) to work with us. 5: 12 5: 13 Advertisers produce a lot of content like a lot people do around on their pages. That content is the system because advertisers get a good wire-working on Facebook, so building a mission and building a business go hand in hand. 5: 24

They do not have the world open and connected. They make the world open and connected.)
