My job

Hello friends!

I want speak about my job. At the moment, I am working for a telecommunications company, but I work only five hours only because I am in training and I can't work more hours. My job consists of designing networks of communication for all over the world. In my job, there are many departments: engineering, design, product development, commercial (new business? business development). I am an engineer.
If I want to work here when my contract finishes, I really need speak and write well in English. Really, I think it will not be possible, but I want speak with fluently although I will need more time.
Currently it's difficult to have a good job in my country. If you want a good job, you must be very skilled: to know different languages, to have experience, to have to do well in school, to have Master's ...
I try to improve professionaly, but the summer is near, and I sure could use a break!
