When used stand-alone, the words orası, burası, şurası are nominative. I mean, they have no suffixes in stand-alone usage. In this case, the ending "sı" has only a sound similarity with suffix "sı".

No-suffix examples:

Orası neresi?

Burası Bergama.

Orası soğuk mu?

Burası hem soğuk, hem de çok karanlık.

Şurası piknik için çok uygun.

Senin yerin burası, orası değil.   (Oraya değil, buraya otur lütfen!)

Suffix examples:   (Possessive constructions)
