The value of education _ Please, check "Live and learn" as said Seneka. Almost all people in the world early or not understand value of education in our world. Nonetheless, you should understand value of quality of education. A lot of universities propose you to study there but not everyone can guarantee you all opportunities for great study such as a highly-professional teachers, good infrastructure, etc. In Ukraine there're a lot of universities that can't provide even minimal requirements for studying. So one of the main reforms for our country is to build an effective system of higher education. Now we have approximely 300 universities throughout the country. It's much bigger than in France, Germany or for example Norway. And I should mention that that about 70% of these universities should be prohibited to learn students cause of their bad level of education. But you shouldn't think that we have not good universities. There are educational establishments in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Odesa, Lviv' that can give you opportunities to gain good knowledge and skills. Also there is one popular movement in Ukraine. A lot of Ukrainian students try to enter universities in the USA or in the East Europe and to gain the second education. In majority of cases students try to receive a Master's degree in the most highly-rated educational establishments.

"Live and learn" as said Seneka (обыкновенно переданное как Seneca на английском). Almost all people in the world early or not - это зависит от того, что вы имели в виду: если похоже на "в мире на веку Сенеки или на современном времени..." предлагаю "in the world, early/ancient or modern, ..."

С другой стороны, если имели в виду "в конце концов / рано или поздно" то предлагал бы "sooner or later / ultimately / at some point..."

Я ожидаю, что вы собирались выразать как качества служб университетов плохая. Если так, предлагаю:

...should be closed due to the bad quality of their teaching

But you shouldn't think that (we have not - тут важная негативная конструкция: we do not have) good universities. There are educational establishments in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Odesa, Lviv' that can give you opportunities to gain good knowledge and skills.
