Korean Food Korean food is to keep balancing the body's energy because it is infused with value of slow, deliberate care and reflects the philosophy of eumyang ohaeng (ying yang and the Five Elements). Korean cuisine is made up of unique aromas and tastes and to being highly nutritious. Although it achieves harmony among the basic flavors (sweet, sour,salty, spicy and bitter), and the five colors of nature (blue,red, white, yellow and black), and brings pleasure to the five senses. One of the most popular Korean foods are: - Kimchi is a fermented vegetable dish that can be stored for a long time. There are several hundred varieties of kimchi differentiated by region and ingredient. The Kimchi has become very popular for its nutriotional value and heathful properties. It is also one of the foods that most eaten in Korean dramas, that's why I know it!! :) - Bibimbap is a traditional food consisting of a variety of vegetables and meat colorfully arranged on top of steamed rice and seasoned with gochujang (Korean chili paste). I've only eaten this and it is unseasoned and very healthy. Although it is very different from the Dominican food because Dominican food has more seasoning and it will be hard to get used to this seasoning but I will try to eat other types of Korean food. - Bulgogi is infused with the rich taste of soy sauce made from fermented soy beans. - Ramyeon is an instant noodles. ...Among others.

So far, I have only tried Bibimbap. It is unseasoned and very healthy. It is very different from Dominican food because it has less seasoning, so it will be hard to get used to but I will try to eat other types of Korean food.
