今日、私の父はが我が家がに戻ってきます!　※You don't have to say/write 私の before 父／母. 父／母 usually means my/our father/mother. We say/write お父さん／お母さん to describe other person's father/mother. が is used to describe the state/condition newly happened. は is used to describe the state/condition already happened/realized.

彼父は依然病める、病気です。　※We don't use 彼<かれhe> and 彼女<かのじょshe> to describe our family members. 病<や>める is a stiff word.

でも彼父は生きですています。

私はが彼父が養いますばの世話<せわ>をするなら、私の母は私がに毎日$10／10ドルを支払うますくれる／あげると言いました。 ※Basically は is very powerful. It covers the whole sentence. So if you use は here, it means you pay. $10 here works as an adverb, so you don't have to add を after that. 支払う is a stiff word.

毎週私は毎週$50／50ドルを持つますもらえることになります。　※～ことになります It will be ～
