Unfortunately, my blood test isn't good. I have a high level of hormone imbalance. On Thursday I will have am x- ray of my thyroid glad. Last year at this time I also had a high imbalance of hormones and x ray shoed that my thyroid lad is enlarged and there were knots if it. I think this year the results will be the same. Yesterday I got my new passport. So now I can apply for my visa but unfortunately these two days I could get through my sister by mobile as she must help me to fill in the questionaries for Bulgarian embassy. Keep in touch Hugs

I have just come home from hospital. 'I have just got back from the hospital'. 'from hospital' is correct, but implies that you were there for more than 24 hours as an in-patient. Unfortunately, the results of my blood test results isn't weren't good. It showed/indicated that I have a high level of serious hormone imbalance. On Thursday Again adverbial phrases of time are better at end of sentence. I will have to have an am x- ray of my thyroid glad. gland.
