Practicing / Practising

(Well) It has been a long time since (that) I have (have´t been writing) written anything here. (,) So (Then) I am going to practice / practise my English!

I Have been speaking with some (someoe) natives (.) but at the moment it's (Its) very hard to understand what ... they say / are saying. (, yet! )

I understand some phrases. I always think, they speak too fast... For (To) me, it is better if (when) I write to them (their)...

Does everyone have / experience (has) this difficulty?

Good sentence structures. Dependent on whether you are studying American or British English, the verb is practice (Amer), practise (Brit).
