Exercise: Letter to an insurance company (It is an exercise. It should be a letter to an insurance company claiming for the damage produced by a robbery at home...) Dear Sir, My name is Peterman and I’m client of “Be Safe Insurance Company”. Following the indications given by phone when we talked yesterday afternoon, I send you a letter in which I will try to detail the robbery at my house while I and my family were on holidays. Our house is a flat in an eleven floor building, living us in the first floor. As soon as we got into the house we realized something was wrong. Actually, the door was unlocked and the bathroom window broken. Some items in the kitchen were moved and the piece of jamón serrano was not at his place. It was a very worthy “jamón serrano piece” as long as it came from Spain where we bought last summer. Attached you can find its ticket.
