Tips for Teachers to Deal with Shy Children. To deal with the shy students who have trouble with socialize[[This sentence is weird, I doubt it is a run-on sentence, but I cant correct it.]], I think the teacher play an important role.  First, the teacher should find out what caused this problem. Since different child have different reason, that made him or her refuse to socialize. Once the teacher find out what is the real problem, that caused the child fail communicate, after that, the teacher will take different solution with it. Just as the phrase says: Acts appropriately to the situation. Second, try to create a environment, that the child is familiar with it, and then let him be active in this condition. Gradually, to expand his social circle. After he did a great job or made a progress in social contact ,both teachers and parents should give enough encouragement to the kid . In this way, Children’ self -confidence will build up, thus achieve the goal: let everyone participant the interesting activity. Third, the demonstration effect from teachers is also an important part, which can let the shy children get involved in the public activity, instead of staying in their own world. As we all know that: the teacher is the person that students spend their majority time with.[Right?] Therefore, teachers should set good examples to the students. Such as be friendly and politely, when meet some acquaintance, say Hello first, and something like that.
