writing task 2
Most schools offer some type of physical education programme* to their students. Why is physical education important? Should physical education classes be required or optional?
These days, many people tend to care about their health like a healthy diet, exercise, the increasing obesity rate and a variety of diseases. But because of overstretched budgets and timetables, there are many arguments about managing physical exercise at school.
Physical education can improve a student's fitness level, so they can have a higher concentration level. Also physical education can help students let off some steam and become more efficient at studying. Too much physical education could cause a student to sleep in class or study less because physical education is quite active so can make student tired. There are many methods to improve health without a class in school. Some pupils who are not as good at sports could be bullied and ridiculed by their peers in school but also they are likely to lose interest in sports for life.
On the other hand, it is difficult to take part in varied physical education programme after school as well as parents want their children to spend time learning, not playing sports. learn about schoolarly education ,not physical. Through exercise, children would become more physically active and can avoid sedentary life. This is also an effective way to tackle rising obesity.
To conclude, physical education can make students feel tired and even cause them to be bullied and ridiculed in some cases. However, physical education is good for improving a student's health and it is would help to reduce the rising obesity rate. So I think physical education should be compulsory for children.

You also don't need to use a capital letter after a comma, for example on the other hand, It - on the other hand, it. Sometimes writing into a word processor such as Microsoft Word or Google Docs can help iron out some of these basic mistakes. Just make sure you remember to set the language to English.
In a conclusion you don't want to refer to the subject you are talking about as "it".
