My work My responsibilities include: Conducting the product and soft-skills training Develop training programs Preparation of training materials and quiz Coaching our regional representatives and promoters Participation in partner conferences Organization of the all training process (from negotiations with partners and finding the training place to direct training) Conducting in-store and on-line training Planning and financial reporting The area of my responsibility: Siberia and the Far East regions (7 cities)
