Give me advice on learning how can I learn English quickly.

Practice, practice, PRACTICE! English is a strange language. A lot of the things we say seem very odd. How much English do you want/need to learn? Enough to communicate the basics or do you need to become fluent ASAP (As Soon As Possible)?
