Fashionist. Unfortunately, this word does not exist. 

You could use 'Presentable' or 'Smart' (and so creates a good impression for the company). 

'Smart' means neatly-dressed in this context.

Fashionable = trendy, current.  He wears fashionable clothes.

Fashionista = someone who likes fashion, wearing fashionable clothes, setting trends in fashion

Obvious....

The answer to the question was obvious.  (Clear to everyone, easily obtained. The question was not difficult).

An accountant should have good communication skills. 

He communicates clearly.  (People understand him easily).

Optimistic, positive attitude

Intelligent  (same as smart)

(fashionist) = Professional-looking

(obvious) = Accurate? Careful? Meticulous?
