オーストラリア人で出身はメルボルンです or メルボルン出身のオーストラリア人です。２３歳です。
中部大学で１年間ぐらい日本語を勉強しました。今、三重県に住んでいます。英語の先生です or 英語の先生をしています。よく幼稚園にで働きます。子供達が大好きです。何時も笑顔で喜んでくれますから、楽しい仕事です。でも、今日は英語のHead shoulders knees and toesの曲の後、小さい女の子が床におしっこをしてしまいました。びっくりしました！笑 動きすぎたかもしれませんね。This is fluent but it would be a little bit more fluent to say 動きすぎたのかもしれませんね。
猫も大好きです。アパートにで彼方此方あちこち(Maybe this is too difficult for even Japanese people to read, so it would be more natural to use hiragana.)、猫の雑貨(Here 置物 would be more natural.)が飾り付きますあります（or 飾られています)。一番好きな物は黒猫の時計です。最近、東京の吉祥寺にで買いました。土曜日、京都に行きました。色々な所に行って、いっぱい写真を撮ったのに、どら猫の写真しかないです。吉祥寺は(Here では would be a little bit more fluent.)毎年猫の祭りがあるらしいです。店員(Here 店員さん or 店の人 would be more polite.)が教えてくれました。知り知っていましたか？面白いですよね！行ってみたいです。
友達になりましょうか（なりませんか or なってくれませんか is slightly more natural.）？日本の興味がある人や日本語をしゃべる人を探しています！

I am an Australian from Melbourne. I am 23 years old.
I studied Japanese for about one year at Chubu University. Now, I am living in Mie prefecture.
I am an English teacher. I often teach in kindergartens. I love children. They are always smiling and being so happy for me so it is a really fun job. Although, Today a little girl peed on the floor after the English song "head shoulders knees and toes" I was so surprised! lol Maybe she was moving around too much.
I also like cats. In my apartment here and there are many cat ornaments. My favorite cat ornament is a black cat clock. I bought it recently in Kichijoji, Tokyo. On Saturday I went to Kyoto. I went to many different places and took many photos, but only pictures of stray cats! There is a cat festival in Kichijoji, did you know that?! That's so awesome! I want to go see it!
Let's be friends? I am looking for people who are interested in Japan or anyone who can speak Japanese.

The only tiny thing I can suggest is about the particle に／で. The particle に as a location marker is used with non-action verbs such as ある, いる, or 住む, while the particle で as a location marker is used with action verbs to convey the place of action:
［ex.1a］私は日本に住んでいます。
［ex.1b］私は日本で仕事をしています。
［ex.2a］私の猫はケージにいます。
［ex.2b］私の猫はケージでねています。
