A Long-winded Meeting To keep up writing a diary everyday is a good way to improve my English expression well, Although I am so busy, I have a lot of things to do including the daily work, doing my research project, speaking English everyday and so on, but I still want to take some time and effort to write something everyday, even though I only write a few of lines, I think it would be effective. Today in my company, I attended a meeting about our team's projects, and during the meeting, I introduced my project which I lead, I mainly explain four aspects of my project. Firstly, the businesses of my project. Secondly, the functions of my project. Thirdly, the architecture design of my project. Fourthly, the current situation and plan of my project. The meeting was supposed to be held from 10 A.M. to 12 P.M.,but there were two team leaders late for about half of hour, and there were one team member who had introduced his project for about 1 hour without controlling the time, I thought it was completely unnecessary to introduce the project in all the details, none of the members were willing to listen to all the details, so I reminded the convener sitting next to me to notice the time, for it was near to the ending time 12 P.M., and there were still two members who had not introduced their project. But she didn't remind him, and it took more about 20 minutes. Then it was my turn to introduce, I just tried my best to make the introduction shorter and conciser,it took me about 20 minutes but I had made my introduction of my project clearly and also well answered several questions asked my other members. And after me, there was last one to introduce. Finally, the meeting ended at about 12:40 P.M..Everyone were starving.
