I don't care what you do or how you look I will treat you equally like I do to other girls or guys if we talk to each other.
Just because you know certain people which society wants to get to know doesn't mean I will treat you like a special person.
P.S if you want to get treated as a special person that can happen only if we are in relationship or don't bother to talk *inserts peace sign*

Just because you know certain people, which society wants to get to know who are popular or famous doesn't mean I will treat you like a special person. ,
P.S if you want to get treated as a special person that can happen only if we are in relationship or don't bother to talk *inserts peace sign* also if you want to be treated differentlyby me or special, that can happen only if we have a special bond or relationship if we are good friends or we are dating.

This English looks “native” enough, however, it appears to have been written by a high school kid ;)
The main grammar issues are that we need to use more punctuation (for example, commas to separate clauses the conditional sentences that start in the “if” clause), and we need to choose a better relative pronoun than “which.” I explain that in your next notebook entry.
