IELTS WRITING TASK 1-1 Dear sir or Madam, I am writing to complain about a minor accident happened to me in your supermarket. I am a student who lives nearby. Last Sunday , I went to your supermarket to buy some vegetables . When I walked along the vegetables region , I fell down because several potatoes were on the floor and I did not see them. Then I found that there was a paper box filled with a wide range of vegetables. It was so overcrowded that some of the vegetables were even out of the box. I guessed that your employees forgot to put the vegetables into relative shelves. As a result , I did not buy anything and went home with my hands bleeding . I had to go to the hospital, fortunately they were not injured heavily. If you could keep things organized and clean the floor in time , I believe that similar issues will be avoided. Yours sincerely,
