Je tu voir à l'autre bord? There is an English expression - 'I will see you on the other side' meaning - I will see when this (whatever that may be) is over! Does it even translate in French and would the above mean anything to anyone in French or is there a similar idiomatic expression I could use? Thanks!

I don't think that there is a similar expression in French... ''On se reverra de l'autre côté'' means either ''I will see you on the other side of that bridge/fence/building,etc'' or ''When be both die, we will meet in heaven''. A sentence with a similar meaning could be ''On se reverra quand tout sera terminé'' or ''Nous nous reverrons quand tout sera terminé'' which exactly means ''We'll meet again when all this is over'' :)
