Note:

紧身的 should be used before a noun, like 这是一条紧身的裤子。And here is means a certain style of clothes which is disgned to be tight.

紧 is used to describe that something is tight, like 我的围巾有点儿紧。My scarf is a little bit tight.

*你的外国客人平易近人。
Your foreign guests are very approachable.
Note:

If guests here means somebody who pay a visit to you, we should say 客人kèrén.

平易近人is a 成语(four-character-idiom). If they are used as an adj. in a sentence, we don't say 很or是 before them.

Lifting heavy items needs to be done carefully.

Note:

品目 is rarely used except for industry. 物品 is more common in daily life.
