Something about English I love English and I good at it. But my oral English isn't good. I can write but I can't speak, that's too sad. I lose confidence for English. I think I don't have confidence any more. At first, I read books, saw some American movies or listened to English songs. Now I know I'm isn't good at English. How can I do?

I love English and I  am good at it. But my oral English isn't good. I can write but I can't speak, that's too sad. I lose confidence in English. I think I don't have confidence anymore.

Something about English

I love English and I am good at it. But my oral [1] English isn't good. I can write but I can't speak, and that's too sad. I lose have lost confidence for with English. I think [2] I don't have confidence any more.
At first, I read books, saw some American movies, and or listened to English songs. Now I know I'm isn't not good at English. How What can I do?

----

[1] Native English speakers do not use the word 'oral' like this.  Here is how I would say your sentence:

-- "My spoken English is not good."

[2] Your grammar here was fine.  However, it sounds a little strange to say, "I think I have [an emotion]."  The following sententences sound a little strange:

-- "I think I am happy."

-- "I think I have confidence."

-- "I think I don't have confidence."

The following sentences are better:

-- "I am happy."

-- "I have confidence."

-- "I don't have confidence."

----

You have asked what you can do about improving your spoken English.  The answer is very simple: you must practice speaking English.

If you don't have confidence to talk on Skype, you can use QQ or WeChat.  With QQ or WeChat, you can practice speaking a sentence before you record it.  If you make a mistake, you can cancel the message.

It also helps if you talk about your hobbies.  If you use an English textbook, you will be bored.  If you talk about art, or music, or movies, or your friends, you will be happy to talk.

I hope you find your confidence.  Good luck!

(nice excluding small grammerical mistakes but rather easy to understand (I may hav missed some) )
