Please correct me I would like to ask you for a Salary adjustment, since my salary is not fair at all compared to my experience of ... years specially in transformers business and the heavy work load on me. As you are aware, I have joined the company around 4 years ago; last promotion was in ....... So, I urge you to accept my request due to the high cost of living and the repeated arise in housing/education charges; and –unfortunately- my current salary is no longer satisfying my ambitious.
