As of today, Currently/Nowadays the Internet helps me in many ways throughout my daily life. in all ways. First, when From the time that I get out of the bed, I begin to read my emails and look at watch my social networking sites while I drink a cup of coffee. Then, Later at work, I used to use it to contact with clients and send documents to my workmates who may be that they are in other cities or even right in my office if it´s necessary.
Later, When I return home, in my house, I sometimes check my banking accounts, I do online shopping online, paying bills, listenin to music, downloading films, TV series or and books and getting information to help me study English. and I am all time also connected at all times to Whatsapp so that I can to talk with my friends and family which helps us in planning activities to do in our free time.

The last sentence needs some breaks after each thought - but your meaning is clear.  When we make a list of things using the comma to separate them, it is good to use a consistent verb form for each item in the list: I check, I shop, I pay, I listen, I download, I get information, etc.    Your English is quite good!
