Studying at night. I remember I read one day that studying at night is a good way to memorize what are you learning. If you studied before go to sleep , next day you wake up with what you reading yesterday. I don't know is a "good advice" I think you have to balance your time of studying with rest, obviously. Hardly never I did it that. I prefer studying in morning with a good breakfast. Unfortunately, university changes my routine and I have to study late. Fortunately I like what I am studying, but it is inevitable sometimes not sleep on the books haha
