What's correct?

I want to know which is better:
1) "I gonna to go to school", or "I gonna go to school". [Neither is correct. write I am going to go to school. Gonna is short for going to. While many English speakers say this, we write out going to, unless we are writing dialog, in which case it is "I'm gonna go to school". I'm is a contraction of I am.]
2) "I was in a hospital", or "I got in a hospital". [I was in a hospital is correct, but you probably want to say I was in the hospital.]
3) "I been in a hospital", or "I've been in a hospital". [I've been in a hospital. But again you probably want to say I've been in the hospital.]
4) "I did in a hospital", or "I did it in a hospital". [I did it in a hospital]
5) just as I thought or just like I thought [just as I thought]
