My job I am a trainer in our company, therefore, my daily job is to train our new hires. I think the primary thing you must have regarding my job is patience. The first reason is that different people have different capacity of learning thing. Some people are faster while some people slower. For those slower, you need explain thing from different perspective so that they may learn with the way which is suitable for them. The second is open-minded. As the times you train, you may have some fixed or stable opinions. However, thing will change. Sometime the trainee may challenge you with some unique idea or opinion. Before respond, you may consider if you are right and you are wrong in fact.
