Manner of Priority Seats

There are priority seats primary primarily for disabled people such as old men, pregnant women and invalids in on the train.
In the Kanto region of Japan (Tokyo prefecture etc.), when seating sitting (seating refers to the type of chairs) on there or standing around there this area, we must turn off our cell phone.

It said says (present tense) that cell phones could can affect a pacemakers (a medical equipment for people having who have heart disease).
However, recent cell phones have a are developed and decreased their electrical wave output, so that it has turned out they usually didn't affect a pacemaker. And furthermore, there are have been no incidents of a pacemaker malfunction caused by a cell phone, until now. (if you write until now, it sounds like there were no incidents until this time of writing - so an incident just happened!)
Despite this these (pleural) facts, we must turn off our cell phones even when if we want to play a game or watch a movie on the phone.
Nothing makes sense in this world...

Maybe you should stand in a part of the train away from these seats? Or bring a book to read! It's true that I have never heard of a mobile phone affecting a pacemaker, though!

Manner of Priority Seats

There are priority seats  on public transportation such as trains. Primarily for disabled people such as seniors, pregnant women and disabled persons.

In the Kanto region of Japan (Tokyo prefecture etc.), When one is near those spesific seats. Wether it be sitting or standing, we must turn off our cell phones.

The reason being that cell phones could affect a pacemaker (medical equipment for people who have heart disease).

However, with the recent cell phones that are being developed. They have decreased their electric wave output, which should not usually affect a pacemaker. Furthermore, there are no documented incidents of a pacemaker malfunction caused by cell phones.

Despite these facts, we must turn off our cell phones even when we want to play a game or watch a movie on the phone. If we are seated next to these designated zones on the train.

It sounds like you are angry that you need to turn off your cell phone on the train. Don't you think it is safer? I think it is possible to survive without the cell phone for a short while, don't you?
