Home or business?
If I had enough money to buy a house or a business, definitely I would choose a business. A house is just a place to live, while with a new business I will be able to buy anything I want. I could travel and also I could help my parents.
First of all, I cannot say that I do not need a house right now. Indeed, I do not own a house and I always have to rent a small apartment. But I believe that establishing a prosperous new business creates the opportunity to purchase even a luxury house, the one that I wish. On the other hand, buying a house would not be the only thing that I can buy. Actually, I can buy other things that I have always desired.
Moreover, I do love travelling. A business can generate the possibility of travelling directly and indirectly. First, I might have to travel to meet clients or attend conferences, and then I would have sufficient money to afford travel expenses. I would be able to go to five-star hotels and also fly with first-class flights.
In addition, by establishing a new business, I would be able to help my parents to have a more comfortable life. Now, despite the fact that my father is retired, he has to work to pay the bills and other expenses. If I had my own business, I would help him so he and my mother would enjoy more from their lives. They would be able to purchase anything they want or to travel anywhere.
To recap, although buying a house sounds like an essential need for me at first glance, I cling to the notion that creating a new business would be even a panacea to resolve all my problems. In this way, I can be certain about my ability to buy anything I want, I can travel to many places and also I can help my old parents.
