The Shanghai Xuhui District People’s Court of Law has already accepted the case for review. 这三家公司即是在网上发出谣言首贴的三家,分别为:深圳市赢陈安之成功文化传播有限公司、山西微路况科技有限公司和太原零点科技有限公司。 Three companies have been involved in the dissemination of these rumours: Shenzhen Success ChenAnZhi Culture Corporation, Shanxi Wei Road Conditions Science and Technology Corporation, and Taiyuan Zero Science and Technology Corporation. 首贴发出后,谣言通过至少4000个转帖传播,特别是在微信上传播甚广,导致近期肯德基的销量和利润大幅下降,影响还波及了百胜集团旗下的其它餐饮品牌。 After these statements regarding KFC had been posted, they received at least 4,000 shares (?转帖传播), predominantly over Wechat. These rumours have caused KFC to lose sales and profit. The negative impact has also extended to any food or beverage company under the branding of the Hong Kong-based Haisheng Group. 肯德基中国区总裁表示,“这不仅严重误导了消费者,也伤害了我们的品牌。” The Chairman for KFC China stated “This (kind of rumour) not only is seriously misleading for consumers but also hurts our reputation.” 中国是肯德基最重要的市场之一。截止2014年年底,肯德基在中国共有4828个分店,而且每年继续开新的分店。这样的谣言如果继续散布下去,一定会对肯德基的未来发展产生负面的影响。 China is one of KFC’s largest markets. At the end of 2014, KFC had 4828 branches in China, and the number of KFC branches in China continues to expand. If these rumours continue, they’ll certainly have a negative impact on KFC’s future prospects.

虽然我不喜欢肯德基这样的快餐,但是我非常支持肯德基起诉这些公司。

 

中国的媒体没有任何下限,只要能吸引眼球能博得点击率,什么话也敢说。必须让造谣者付出代价。

现在强烈支持微信推出的“原创文章”功能,对于首次造谣的人追溯源头,肯德基有没有问题,应该更多的是质监部门、营养学家讨论的问题,这种完全是无良的媒体、成功学、骗子。必须让其付出相应的代价,否则中国法律寸步难行。
