Korean New Years: everyone gets older? So I was listening to this Korean culture podcast about how native Korean count their ages. I new it was a little different from our western sistem, but it sounded a little confusing. Please, someone correct me if I'm wrong: everyone is born already aged 1, and when it is Korean New Years, everybody gets one year older? Is that the main idea, at least?

Getting older on 1st January in casual, but when I write down my resume or have a doctor's check, I count my age in the same way of western, thesedays.
