Mexico wins Gold Cup Championship The Mexican team of soccer won the Gold Cup 2015 Championship in a match against Jamaica. The score was 3-1 with goals of Andrés Guardado, Jesús Manuel Corona and Oribe Peralta from theAztec team, and Darren Mattocks scored the only goal of the Reagge Boyz. This is the 7th championship to the Mexican team and now it will play againts United States, winner of the last Golden Cup, to recieve the ticket to the Confederations Championship in Russia on 2017. The match took place at the Lincoln Financial Field of Philadelphia with a box office dominated by the Mexican followers that didn´t stop sing and cheer their team. The Gold Cup is the major tournament in Concacaf, the federation of soccer that groups of North America and the Caribe.
