Hiking This is a bit long, but I'd be happy if you could correct my English. Thank you. I went hiking with my friends last weekend. I don't remember when was the last time I did it before, because I'm not that active and not used to those kind of outdoor activities, especially because I don't like insects or worms and afraid of being bitten by them. So I decided to join them reluctantly when they suddenly invited me, to be honest. We met up very early in the morning and set off to the place where our tour guide was waiting. Yes, we need a tour guide to send us to the nearest point of the destination by jeep. After about a 30 minute thrilling drive in the mountains, we reached a small river where we had to go across by ourselves. This is a real wild activity! There had been so many people crossing already including the elderly, and that made me feel a bit relieved thinking it would be no problem for me. But the river was so murky that we were not able to see the bottom with full of big stones and had to walk slowly and carefully. But because I accidentally stepped in a deeper place, I got my pants wet until around my thighs in the end. After crossing the river, our hiking started at last. The mountain path was steeper and harder to walk than I expected. And as we climb the mountain, the path was getting more slippery and rocky. Then finally we managed to reach the top and saw a small lake in front of a very tall cliff with waterfall. The shining water was flowing down in the sun light. It was really beautiful. And we were lucky enough to be able to see a wonderful rainbow crossing the cliff. I was very sure everybody there thought it was worth climbing up such a steep mountain. And I also thanked my friends for planing this and inviting me. But now my legs are still sore and I've got blisters on my ankles because I was wearing the shoes that I borrowed from one of my friends. Ouch!

[Very good. I've worn the wrong shoes on a hike - it hurt for three days after.]
