English as a second language I started learning English 13 years ago in school but I didn't benefit from and I don't know alot of vocabulary and I have some mistakes in grammar. I'm excellent at reading english but when I meet someone who speaks English fluently I think alot before I speak. I have a serious problem in speaking and i hope top improve it

I'm excellent at reading English but when I meet someone who speaks English fluently I think a lot before I speak. I have a serious problem in speaking and I hope to improve.
